how do I do a find/replace feature on clip art?

I am doing a mailing and have used the find/replace feature to change several
dates and some wording to correlate to March activity but now want to use
this same find/replace to replace a clip art that is on every page. I have a
clover leaf (for example) on every page and want to find a quick and easy way
each month to replace it (this month with a bunny). Can this be done?

I am using Office 2003

First, insert the new clipart somewhere in the document and cut it to the
clipboard.

Then open the Replace dialog. Click the More button so you can see the
bottom half of the dialog.

Click in the Find What box; then click the Special button and choose
"Graphic". That will put the code ^g in the box.

Now click in the Replace With box; click Special again and choose "Clipboard
contents". That will put the code ^c in the box.

Finally, click the Replace All button (or, if you need to replace some
graphics but not others, click the Find Next button and then either click
Replace or click Find Next again to skip one).
