how do i do a servey report

I would like to know how to generste a report i have data in using excel. It
is a servey i am doing but i can"t work out how to do a report. I have tried
a pivot table & graphs, but I am very stuck.

PLEASE HELP

Presumably you have some data you'd like to display in a chart, and you
might have an image in your head of how it might look. You haven't
provided us with any of that, so it's difficult to make any useful
suggestions. Post back with a sampling of data and a description of the
chart you'd like, and someone might help.
