How do I do "click on and fill" fields in a Word template?

All of the hints that I have found on the web (including here) say that the way to do this is to use a Macrobutton field with no macro attached. However, I don't see Macrobutton as one of the permitted field types in Word 2008 on the Mac. Is it still available? If not, is there a workaround for this when building a template? I'm doing a template where I'd like the user to fill in a few items and then there's a big block of text. For the big block of text a fillin field doesn't seem appropriate.

Thanks

Yeah, I guess someone figured that if you can't have macros you don't need
MacroButton fields :-( However you can still insert them manually. Use the
keystroke Command+F9 to insert the starting & ending braces, then type the
content shown below beginning with the MACROBUTTON field name- substitute
the prompt of your choice for the content between the brackets.

Thank you very much; it hadn't even occurred to me that I could just type this in, since it wasn't on the menu!

No problem - Since I normally type them myself I hadn't even noticed that
they were missing from the list %-} Thanks for catching the omission which
I've forwarded on to MacBU.

Also, if you're not familiar with them you may want to investigate the
features of the Forms toolbar as well as Fill-in fields in order to have
even more flexibility & control in templates.
