How do I do the closing process in a enterprise project?

Miguel

I have a lot of projects in the project server. As times keeps going the
projects are finishing. When I'm trying to check the resources allocations it
always appears information about the projects that have already finished. Is
there any way to stop publishing projects that have already ended?
Thanks

The information you see is historic project and resource data. If people in
your organization do not want to see it, then the Project Server
administrator must delete the enterprise projects from the Project Server
database. I suspect someone wants to keep the historic data, which is why
the projects haven't been deleted. Hope this helps.

Thanks Dale,
At the present I'm the the Project Server Administrator, and I wonder if
there is any way of hiding the allocations of the resources, to other
projects, on the Resource Usage page of the M Project Professional.
Thanks a lot, again.

Refer to the following FAQ for a process to archive completed projects in
the Project Server database:

http://www.projectserverexperts.com/Shared Documents/ArchiveCompletedProjects.htm

Please note that the above procedure will NOT hide the project information
everywhere, but it will hide most of it. To make the information completely
disasppear, you can purchase the following tool to archive your completed
projects in another Project Server instance, which removes the data from the
production Project Server database:

http://projectmadeeasy.com/archive.htm

Hope this helps.
