One suggestion would be to create a Word document, and as you create custom
fields and outline codes, document how you created the fields and how the
fields should be used properly by anyone in the system. After you have
completed the Word document, you could upload it to the Public Documents
library in WSS. Hope this helps.

I have built an Access database to record and manage all Configuration
settings including Custom Codes. Included within the DB are test records,
change mangement, authorisation and printed reports for hard copy records of
all settings. Using a word document is ok but I think it's rather limited if
you need to mangage your EPM configurations effectively

Hello Trevis: I have been asked to track the custom fields in a project plan
so when I insert another project the fields will not have been duplicated. I
am having trouble locating the custom field information. (I am a MS project
newbie) The excel spreadsheet given to me has the following fields to be
filled in.
-- Name Screen Table Group Filter
Would you please direct me to correct places in project to get the info
required?
Thanks, Lily
