How do I double-space WORDS?

I am typing an essay, and it is required that we skip lines and double space
words. I've figured out the lines, but I can't find out how to put two spaces
inbetween words. I can't find this answer ANYWHERE at all. It should be a
tool, but apparently it isn't. Am I stuck here, because I don't want to take
the time to put two spaces inbetween my words instead of two. Thanks!

Are you *sure* you're expected to double-space the words? It's a *very*
unusual requirement, which is one reason there's no built-in way to do it;
(it will also reduce readability and screw up your formatting). But if you
must, type the thing as normal, then use Find and Replace: search for one
space, replace with two.
