How do I downgrade from Office XP Pro to Office XP Standard?

I allowed a staff member to 'borrow' Office XP Pro on their laptop for the
last couple years and now need it back. They have Office XP Standard. How
do I downgrade? Is there a KB or MS whitepaper on this?

You can't. They need to uninstall your software.
