how do I download a document viewer?

When I turn my system on it's always asking for a document viewer disk or
download. How can I correct this, or where do I download the software?

I get the same message but it´s worse, because it starts trying to install
"documentviewer.msi" once and again, maybe a virus? or a bad installation?, I
also can´t get Sp3 installed on my laptop, since september, could it be
related?
