how do I download a png image into an excel worksheet.

how do I download a png image from an internet URL into an excel worksheet. I
am using a macro, everything works - except the download into "A1" is a "PNG"
symbol and not an image..? The Cell format for "A1" is Text..
I am using XP Pro with the XP Office 10 installed..
