The ActiveX help is here

Are you certain you have emptied the temporary cache? In Internet Explorer,
tools, Internet Options, delete, delete files.

You must have the Gallery. The Gallery has its own help files that have
troubleshooting steps. It maybe as simple as re-registering the ARTGALRY.EXE.

Right-click any image in the Gallery catalogue, click recover.

Thanks for reply Mary. I have definitely emptied the temporary files. AS I
am not well up on computers, I don't know what you mean by the Gallery, where
do I find that?

The error format that you posted had a .cil extension. The .cil extension is
only used with the Microsoft Clip Gallery or Office Mac.
What version Office do you have?
