How do I download an English-Italian dictionary to Word?

I have Word as a part of Works Suite 2004. My work with the Suite 2004 is
mainly with Word, which is Word 2002. I would like to install and download
an English-Italian dictionary in order to have a tab, button, link...not sure
what to call it...to use when writing in the Word program. Is it possible to
do this, and if so, how do I do it?

In order to add spell checking within the program for languages not included
with your installation, you need to add the proofing tools, though frankly I
am not sure where you will obtain a copy of the proofing tools for Word
2002 - a dig around with your favourite search engine is called for :(
