I was having problems with my Outlook 2000. Microsoft tech support switched
it over to Outlook for corporate. Now I cannot send faxes. Two questions,
how do I download Microsoft AT Work fax?

Better yet, how do I convert my Outlook back to the personal desktop version?
Thanks.

I'm curious - how did Microsoft tech support do this for you?

Make sure you have your Office/Outlook CD, then go to tools, options - find
the Reconfigure Email Support button and click it.

Hi Lanwnech:

I wish I knew. I had a new Toshiba with a trial Office 2003. Took it down.
Then loaded my office 2000. Outlook stopped then stopped working.

It woudl look like it was loading. Saw the emails. Then it would say it
was an eroor. The technician spent a bunch of hours changing things. Then
got it to run in safe mode. I need to use the run mode and type in
outlook/safe.

So I do not know. I did not want to do it that way. I just want my old
Outlook back but after several hours on 3 occasions - I had had to move on
with my work.

Sorry I can not anwer your questions better.

If you mean you called Microsoft Product Support Services on the phone and
gave them your credit card and opened a case with them, you can certainly
call back if the issue you had is not resolved - the charge is per incident,
not per call/time of call.

If Russ' answer doesn't help you, I'm not sure what will. Frankly, I'd get
rid of Outlook2k and get Outlook 2003 - and use eFax.com or J2send.com or
something instead. You will be much happier. It's well worth the money.
