How do I download Microsoft Office updates with CDs provided by De

I bought a new Del. There are pop-ups that come up periodically suggesting
that I update my files for Microsoft Office/Front Page. I have the CDs
provided by Del and my own Front page 2000 but neither of these seem to be
what is needed to download these files.
Do I actually need these downloads?

Hi, J Duff,

Contact Dell to find out how you should update your system. If they didn't
provide you the proper CDs, they need to.

It's a good idea to stay updated.
