How do I download Microsoft Picture Manager in Office Pro 2003?

What I really want to do is open all .jpg files. I recently upgraded Kodak's
"EasyShare" software from an older version to the newest with the following
unintended consequences: (1) cannot open any JPEG files and (2) broken links
to prior pictures stored in MyPictures. Finding a Kodak Customer Service
representive is not going well.....Can anyone from Microsoft or the community
help? I looked all over the Microsoft website for a download of Picture
Manager and cannot find it. Susie

Picture Manager should be installed. Try right clicking on your pictures,
select Open With, select Choose Program, and then select the desired
program. make sure you check the box that says to always use that program.
