How do i download contacts from Outlook 2003 then import those contacts
into another PC with only Outlook Express v6?

Outlook v6 has an import option import address book "*.wab" will that work?
Of couse I can't find an export option that OE v6 is looking for.

Outlook doesn't have a wab. Is outlook installed on the same system you are
importing on? Can OE import CSV files?

I don't see an option for CSV but I do see an Import option for Other
Address Book\microsoft exchange\personal addressbook.

I don't see how that's possible. OE is installed on every PC that has IE6
or IE7 on it, since it's considered a Windows component and not a separately
installed application.

It's a company PC w/ a ghosted XP image that includes a crippled version of
OE.
I exported the Contacts as a CSV file then painlessly imported it into OE6
on another PC w/o difficulty.
MS could've made it easier.with instructions in the Help File.
