I don't see how that's possible. OE is installed on every PC that has IE6
or IE7 on it, since it's considered a Windows component and not a separately

It's a company PC w/ a ghosted XP image that includes a crippled version of
OE.
I exported the Contacts as a CSV file then painlessly imported it into OE6
on another PC w/o difficulty.
MS could've made it easier.with instructions in the Help File.
