How do I download Project 2007 to Excel?

Jo - I hope you are looking for an option to export the schedule data
to Excel workbook in Project 2007. To do this, do File, Save As ...
Microsoft Excel Workbook. This will open a "Export Wizard", where you
have the option to choose the existing format template or create a new
one.

Let us know if this helps.

To add one quick comment. In order to export to Excel, you need to
ensure that you have set the "legacy" option to "allow". Choose Tools >
Options and click the Security tab. Select the option "Allow loading
files with legacy or non default file formats."

Also, in the future, please provide more details in the actual body of
your message. While the people who volunteer their time here are very
skilled at using Project, psychic powers are beyond most of us.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Hello guys,

actually I found the best option when working MSP<->Excel -- just copy &
paste cells to cells.

I don't usually need the whole project to be exported (using File|Save
as...). Thus, I find the correct view/table, modify the columns and simply
copy&paste :)

Bye, M.
