how do i download templates

I just download the trial for office 2007. I have vista operating system.
And when i try to download the word templates from microsoft.com it always
pop-up that my operating system does not meet system requirements, and i need
to upgrade to windows 2000 or later version. please help !!! thanks

I've heard of people getting that message if they are using a Mac but not a
PC. Did your computer come with Vista or did you upgrade to it?

I have a SONY VAIO and the window vista came with the laptop.

I've heard of people getting that message if they are using a Mac but not a
PC. Did your computer come with Vista or did you upgrade to it?

Explorer, Tools, Manage Add-ons. Show: All add-ons. Scroll down to Microsoft.

Is your Security set at Medium High? Can you accept ActiveX components?

Take a look at your security settings. They should be set at medium-high for you
to be able to accept the ActiveX control.
