HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE OFFICE SECURITY UPDATE ?

The office security update takes about 700 minutes for my 46.6kbps att.net
connection. att connection service shuts me down if i do not make key
strokes for a while.
how can i get this upgrade?
can i get it on a cd?
