how do I draw arrows like in word?

I am trying to draw arrows showing a relationship A--->B, but often need them
to go vertical, rather than horizontal. I do not like the pen option, b/c I
do not have a tablet pc, and the mouse is hard to draw with. Is there any
tool like in word where I can just drag an arrow to anywhere on the screen?

Unfortunately not in the current version of OneNote.
