How do I draw perfect straight lines in one note?

Carefully. 
Do you have a Tablet PC or ???
One solution is to use Word or Paint and use their drawing tools to create
the lines you want then copy/paste them into OneNote.
Another is, if you have a Tablet PC, you place a ruler or other straight
edge on your tablet and use that to guide the stylus to draw your line.

Drawing Tools are coming in the Next Version of OneNote which should be
out in 1 year.
