Well, there are numerous examples (depending on version) where Visio add-ins
create "tables" to list properties of shapes and such,
and even if you have an older version you can simulate a table by creating
square/rectangle shapes and connecting or grouping them
together. Other than that, the best way I know of is to insert an Excel
table into a drawing. With the rectangles though, each one has
its own text that you can format just like any other shape. If that's not
what you are after, you'll have to explain in a little more detail.
You can also insert HTML tables if you know how. They are fairly similar to
the types of tables you can use with Visio. As far as I
know, there aren't any intrinsic ways to do it, as Visio isn't normally used
for that type of thing, but I could be wrong on that. It
should also be possible to use some type of control that will do it. Look
around on the NET, you should find something that suits
you.
