How do I e-mail Entourage contact groups to another user? Mac Vers

I am using Microsoft Entourage 2004 Version 11.1.0 for Mac

I have created a contact group within Entourage Address Book, but am unable
to e-mail the group as a single unit. The addresses appear as an expanded
list, which makes transferring groups very time consuming.

Any suggestions?
