How do I edit inserted clipart?

I have inserted clipart in a document and need to manipulate it / center it
with the text. I'm not getting the option to resize or move the clipart.

You most likely have it inserted as In Line With Text. You'll need to apply
some form of Text Wrapping to it using either the control on the Picture
toolbar or by rt-clicking it & going into the Format Picture>Layout
dialog... assuming you're using a version of Word prior to 2007.
