How do I edit multiple contacts in BCM 2007?

Hi,

Due to a PDA syncing malfunction, we ended up with duplicate titles, Mr. Mr.
and Mrs. Mrs. in our shared Outlook Business Contact Manager 2007 database.
There are over 1000 records.

Does anyone know how to do an edit and replace on the the title field?
Basically we want to replace all Mr.Mr. with Mr. and all Mrs.Mrs. with Mrs.

I hope to do this in BCM or in Outlook.

I can get on the server and open the SQL Server 2005 database that is the
source but I do not know how to view or edit the records in the database.

Any help apprecitated!
