how do I edit the gutter text on a resume template?

I have a Microsoft word cv template, with a bottom border that says "Your
Name" and "address, phone, email". It is grey-out and I can't edit it. I'm
fine with removing it completely, but nothing is working.

I'm not looking at the document but I'm willing to guess it's a footer.
Double-click on the text.
