How do I edit the "posted" page for discussion groups?

BNation

I am having a hard time getting ride of something on my forum Results. There is a page I want to edit, but Front page doesn't seem to show it. The page I am looking for is the final result page after someone has made a post. I have the confirmation page, and the contents page and posted page will show up on a website, but I can' t seem to edit that page in Front Page.

The major reason I need to find it is because one of the results the posted page keeps showing is peopls IP addresses. Specifically I would like to edit the background and get rid of the "Remote User" and "Remote Name" fields.
Here's an example of what gets posted

I am now testing the forums.

The default confirmationpage doesn't reside anywhere in
your Web site. The FrontPage Server Extensions generate it
on the fly following each form submittion.

For instructions on replacing the default confirmation
page with a custom page, browse:

Or, if you don't want the the "Remote User" and "Remote
Name" fields at all:

1. Right-click the submission form, and choose Form
Properties from the shortcut menu.
2. Click the Options button.
3. Click the Saved Fields tab.
4. Clear the Remote Computer Name and Username checkboxes.
