how do I edit two powerpoint 2007 presentations side by side?

I would like to be able to edit two presentations side-by-side, rather than
having them in a single window. It seems like I used to be able to do this,
but now I can't find a way to open a second presentation so that stays in its
own window.

Is there a way to arrange windows over-under (horizontally) in Powerpoint 2007 automatically? This works in Word 2007.
