How do I eliminate duplicate email messages in Outlook?

I receive two identical email messages when using Outlook Express. This does
not happen on the SBC (ATT) Yahoo account on the web site.
Does anyone know why this happens, and if so, how I can correct it so that I
receive no duplicate email messages in Outlook?

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
