How do I eliminate fax entries from my address book?

When I upgraded from Office 2000 to Office XP, I found that my Address Book
now had doubled in size since it included fax numbers. How do I eliminate
all of the fax numbers. I am used to left-clicking on the "To" and using the
"Select Names" feature to fill my "To" ad "Cc"s in my e-mail messages.

You can remove the Fax entry from the Contact or place an alpha character at
the beginning of the fax number or use a third party tool like
