How do I eliminate message that websync is not on computer?

I don't know what websyn is used for and don't know if I need it. But
everytime I go to outlook, the message that websync is not configured on this
computer comes up. It is rather annoying and I would like to eliminate this
annoying message. Does anybody know how?

If you Google you will find a plethora of hits, generally it means you, or
someone, has installed one of the utilities on your pc, maybe a webmail one,
and have either not configured it correctly, or the uninstall failed to
remove the utility

Thank you. I deleted the webmail and the message no longer comes up.
Problem gone.
