How do I eliminate the dates from adjoining months when printing .

When printing my Outlook calendar I do not want the dates to show in the
boxes from the preceeding or following months. I would like those squares to
be totally blank, without the numbers.

Vista is the operating system and has nothing to do with your version of
Office. Open your Outlook program and use Help=>about to check your
version.
