How do I email a PowerPoint slide show with music?

Lil-Feet

Hi,
I created a PowerPoint slide show with music but cannot email it because the
server says the file is too large, which is 57.6MB. There are 6 slides with
music beds that match each slide in transition. The music is about 3 minutes
long and in a wave file. PowerPoint seems to accept only wave files, yet
these are too large. How do I compress the files, or save them for emailing?
And will the recipients be able to click on the attachment and have the show
play automatically? I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks!

Is the wav file converted from mp3? If so, try using CDex, which adds
RIFF-WAV header onto the mp3, and gives you a wav file that is the same size
as the mp3.
For more information, check out Quick Fix for mp3 here:

You can also use YouSendIt to send large presentations:

To have the show play automatically, click File > Save as. Under save as
type, click on the dropdown list, scroll down and look for PowerPoint Show
(.pps).
