How do I email a publisher file?

Outlook won't let me email a zip file because it is too big for the
recipient's mailbox and/or unsafe. I can't discover any other way to email
it without saving it as a text file & losing all of the formatting & graphics.

If too big as zip file for the recipient, then it's simply too big.
Write to CD and mail.
