how do I email addresses in Microsoft Access to Outlook Express?

I have MS Access 2002 database with email addresses and a txt file. i am
trying to email the txt file to the email addresses in my database automatic
to all the addresses. Is there a template or database that I can use? I am
also using Outlook express for emails
