PROBLEM:
Trying to email unopened file from desktop or my documents
When I send email from Office Outlook or click send to mail recipient from
within a file my email works fine
but if I try to send an unopened file by right clicking on it in My Desktop
or My Documents then selecting Send to mail recipient
I get the following message
Outlook Express
A Dial-Up Networking connection is already established to TADAust
Hang up 7 dial “dodoâ€
I no longer use Outlook Express but use OFFICE OUTLOOK 2003 and Dodo is an
old obsolete server ( this doesn’t happen when I actually open document and
use send to)
How do I change this?
I’ve deleted old accounts & I have already done the following but still
can’t send unopened files
1. On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
2. Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.
3. Click the e-mail account you want, and then click Change.
4. Make sure that the settings you see match the information you received
from your Internet service provider (ISP) or administrator. etc
