how do I embed a font in a document????

I am writing a paper from my iMac. I want to save the
file and email it to myself and take it to my computer
lab to have it printed on the color lasers there.
however, when i open the document up, the font and
spacing is all whacky. How do I save the document, and
embed all fonts??? It's so easy with Office 2003 or 2004
for my PC, but I can't figure it out on my Mac Office
2004!!!!!

You don't. Print to PDF and then later print the PDF. m.
