How do I embed a form into another form?

I've embedded one form already, but forgot how to do it. Have searched the
help and how to, but no luck. I can't remember where I found the directions,
so am stuck. Please help!!!

Open the main form in design view.

Use the subform button from the menu -- respond to the subform wizard.
