How do I enable import/export in Outlook 2003?

Hello
I'm trying to import a contact list from Excel into Outlook, but when I
go to the file-import/export link I see it is not enabled?
What should I do?

Use the Outlook Setup tool in Control Panel's Addor Remove Programs to add
the Importers and Exports.

When I do this I select the Import/Export folder but only IMPORT items are
listed.

Greatly appreciate your help.
