how do I enable my icons?

All my icons in MS Office (except open, print, preview and help) have been
disabled. Even the font and style dropdown menus have been disabled. I need
to enable this somehow.

This happened after I had installed Style XP. I have uninstalled Style XP
and did a system restore but that didn't help.

Please help.

Is the document protected? Is this a new copy of Office that hasn't been
activated? Or a trial version that has expired?
