How do I enable my mouses Horizontal Scroll in Excel 2007

I have the microsoft deluxe edition mouse and keyboard set. My mouse has a
horizontal and vertical scroll. In Excel 2003 I could use my horizontal
scroll to scroll across the worksheet horizontally. How do I enable this in
2007? My mouse settings have not changed.
