How do I enlarge a custom bullet?

I created a custom bullet using my company logo symbol. I imported it while
in the format/bullets and numbering section in Word 2003. It imported it as
a very small bullet symbol though, and I can't figure out how to make it
bigger (and still be able to use it from the format/bullets and numbering
menu.) I don't want to have to use a jpeg picture as the bullet symbol.

If it's a font character, you can change the font size.
