How do I enlarge a picture during the presentation as on the web

How do i go about putting a picture into a powerpoint presentation as a small
image and if the delegates need to see a full screen version, then I could
just click on it and it automatically enlarges as on the web. A hyperlink
situation maybe?

You should ask in a PowerPoint newsgroup or Forum. FrontPage users tend to
design web pages, where you would start with a large (full screen) image
and place a thumbnail of that in the page.

Images generally do not stretch without severe distortion, so you will need
an image at least as big as the largest screen resolution you are likely to
use.
