How do i enter data in different workbooks from daily data

i am working in poultry farm,we have different age group,we make daily
reports of loss,feed&water intake.my question is,how i enter my daily report
in groups respective workbook by entering daily data in daily report

You have a number of workbooks, each for a different age (of chickens)
group.
You have a workbook in which you enter a daily report.
You want the information you entered in this daily report to be
automatically transferred to the proper age group workbook.
Is this correct?
If so, you need to furnish more detail about the layout of the daily report
and the group workbooks.
For instance, is the information in the daily report all in one row?
What goes where?
Do you want all the information from one daily report to go into one row of
the group report? What row?
What sheets are in the workbooks (daily and group)?
Into what sheets do you want the data placed?
Can you place it all (daily reports and all the group workbooks) into one
workbook?
