How do I enter information for drop downs?

Hi all,

I have created a simple date base for a child to keep track of their work. I
have created combo boxes for a drop down. I want one drop down to contain a
list of number choices like 1,2,3,. How can I do this. Right now the drop
downs are blank.

Best Regards.

Try adding a combo box to your form with the wizard. The wizard will give
you the option to "enter a list of values".

To use the wizard, just make sure the little magic wand is selected BEFORE
YOU place the combo box on your form.

While some cool programmers try to advoid using the wizards...I still use
them after having used ms-access for a few years. They are you friend!

Albert,

I am in agreement with you. I love the wizards. You helped me greatly. I
couldn't figure how that worked getting back to the wizard so now I know.
This Access is a fabulous tool!
Best Regards!
