how do I errase a limited section of my drawing?

I need to have a little 'rubber' to rub out small selected sections of my
drawing. There is a very useful one in 'Microsoft Draw' is there something
here that I have not seen. My draw tools are quite limited without it.

With the understanding that visio is object/shape based and not bitmap
based, have you considered just selecting what you want to get rid of (drag
the selection box around it) and pressing delete?

I would stick to highlighting items. This can also be down by using "shift"
and clicking on each objects.
