How do I expand Fillin Fields to allow more characters or words

Does anyone know how to expand Fillin Fields? When I set up a fillin field
in a word document it only lets you add a certain number of words and I can't
figure out how to expand the field, does anyone know how to do this?

Hi tynesider58,

With FILLIN (and ASK) fields, you're limited to 255 characters
