How do I expand the view of "All Day" Calendar Appointments

In Calendar mode, "All Day" items are at the top and
the "hourly" section below. The scroll bar slides
the "hourly" under the All Day.

When my entries exceed the viewing space in the "All Day"
section, the items are lost from view and ability to edit.

How do I expand the viewing area of the "All Day" section?

You can't. Outlook can display only a finite number of such appointments.
