How do I export adresses from business contact manager into excel

I am using Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager. I have about 10000
address in various categories in my address book and I would like to send
them business mail periodicaly. I would like to export the address to the
excell file and print them on Avery labels. How can I export the addresses to
an excell file? Please Help.
