How do I export an Excel file to Outlook Calender?

M

mark

I have created an Excel table to help me keep track of all the events that
occur during the cycle of a course of study at this college.

The coloumns are labelled according to Event Type.

The rows are labelled according to Course Code.

The cells contain Dates.

I have searched the web for software that will let me create a calender with
the data, and I have read all about pivot tables, but I'm stumped.

Can anyone advise me if its possible to export the data to Outlook Calender,
and if so how?

Create a couple of events in Outlook and export them to Excel. Compare the
named ranges and the data that you have in your Excel spreadsheet and
massage that data to conform to the format of the exported data. Please
realize that you cannot import custom fields.
