how do I export BCM contacts to outlook so I can sync with my pda

BCM seems to be a reasonable product, however for it to be meaningful for me
I need to be able to sync my business contacts at least with my pda. How do I
then easily and swiftly sync my BCM contacts with outlook so this can occur?
I can sync ACT! contacts with outlook with just 2 mouse clicks. I wonder why
it is so difficult between outlook contacts and bcm contacts.
